    I bought 2 plugins from Sliderville.com. One was a WordPress Posts Tabs pro from Tabberville and the other was from the same company, Pointelle Slider plugin. I believe they have made updates, but when I try to contact them asking how I can login as I need to download my purchases again they ignore all contact.

    I was wondering what I can do in this case. I feel totally ripped off. I have a problem with the WordPress Posts Tabs pro plugin & they won’t resolve it. They won’t let me access my downloads. Basically, I can’t use the Pointelle slider anymore, I need to download it again. I don’t understand how companies can get away with treating their customers so badly. They just ignore all contact.

    Does anyone know of some kind of consumer rights organization that I can contact about this sort of case in relation to wordpress plugins?

    Try google as to consumer rights groups or resources.
