Tabbing during registration out of order?

Hello! I read the sticky here but that doesn’t seem to address my problem. I know how to change the order of my custom fields but the problem I’m having is that after you enter your “username” then “email” then hit tab again, it jumps down to the “register” button then the next tab goes to the “log in” then “lost your password”, etc. It goes through all these links before going to the third field in my form (after username and email).

Can you tell me while file to edit and how to do it to make it go through the fields in the order on my page? Here is the register page for reference. Thanks!
