It appears you are using the canvas theme, but not the latest version. It is a commercial product which I do not own, so it is not possible for me to attempt to reproduce this issue on one of my test sites.

It looks like something is stalling javascript before the tabby script is run so it is not processed. The best way to find out whether this is the case, and if so, which component is doing this is to temporarily deactivate all plugins (except Tabby Responsive Tabs) and change the theme for twenty-sixteen (or another twenty-something default theme) If you have an offline development version of the site, it would be less disruptive for you if you could use that to troubleshoot the issue.

If there is a cache plugin on the site, be sure to clear the cache.

Then if the tabs are working at that point, activate the various components one-by one until you can identify which one causes the issue to reappear.

Hi thanks very much for your answer. I reverted to the previous back-up for now, will investigate later.
    Thanks,
    Matt

For what it’s worth, I had a similar issue and the matchHeight jQuery plug-in was called on the page (accidentally) but not loaded, so it killed every other Javascript process afterwards, including this plugin’s.

Fixed my own error and all is well again.

Freaked out for sure, though =)
