    Hey,

Could we get some apply_filter() methods into the shortcode.php file for each shortcode output?

My particularly use case is removing the tabindex=’0′ which is implemented against each button as I’d like for users with a screen reader / keyboard navigation to be able to accept/reject via the keyboard.

Currently with tabindex=’0′ it can’t be navigated to at all without a mouse, and while dropping this across the board might have adverse effects for some users of the plugin being able to filter the HTML output of the shortcode would allow me to do this.

    Thanks.

    Hi @michaelpereira,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Currently, we do not have any filters to achieve your requirement. We will be making accessibility improvements in the plugin and keyboard navigation support is among our top priorities.

    Stay tuned for updates.

Hi @webtoffee, any updates on this? The accessibility issues in the plugin are currently heavily impacting a client.

@webtoffee How long into the future might this update be? Accessibility is critical for one of our upcoming clients and we won’t be able to use this cookie solution without this feature added.

@webtoffee Is there any chance you might include keyboard accessibility in an update soon? At the moment I am doing an accessibility audit on a site, and this plugin is causing the site to fail. The only solution I can offer the client is to replace this plugin with something that has built in accessibility.

@webtoffee please can you give us an urgent update on this issue.

@webtoffee?Is there any news on this issue yet? As far as I can tell, your plugin is completely inaccessible to keyboard users which is very bad from an accessibility point of view. I see it is 1 1/2 years since you last replied to this issue.

In case anyone else reads this, there is a new version of the plugin that does seem to be keyboard accessible, although I think it loses the ability to add custom styling unless you are on a paid plan
