Table block not working after update

Hi, the table doesn’t seem to be working, after the update. The getwid plugin is active, but still, this error shows up. https://ibb.co/BfmgM40

I tried troubleshooting, by disabling all plugins and themes, but it seems there’s not conflict with any.

Can you please look into this?

Update:
I checked on other websites, it is working there, but on lecturekenotes.com, it isn’t working, and not just table block but no getwid block is working.
