Table Columns

In the admin area, is it possible to create columns in the table so it’s not one big long row?

Wouldn’t adding columns make it an even longer row? There is not much in the way of options to change how the admin page looks. But if you use a short code to display the data on a page/post, then you have a lot of options.

Or to have the data display and appear the same as the form does?

No. CF7 does not support it to my knowledge.

Also…would there be a way to export the data as a PDF?

No. Although you could export to a format then print to PDF.
