Table default width and height, no borders

After update from 4.8.1 to 4.8.2 when inserting table, it has preset height and width in pixels, not in % like in few previous versions. It’s very frustrating to edit HTML and remove px styling from td and tr.

Also, there are no borders, so all columns have width 0px, it’s hard to distinguish.

I reverted back to 4.8.1. Hopefully you will find the fix. It’s one of the plugins I use for the last 10 years!
