Table fields blank in My Refund Requests

You have to override the template yith-advanced-refund-system-for-woocommerce/templates/woocommerce/myaccount/my-refund-requests.php in your child theme of eMarket and remove “shop_table_responsive” from line 21.
Before:
<table class="shop_table shop_table_responsive my_account_orders">
After:
<table class="shop_table my_account_orders">
