Hi, thanks for this amazing plugin.

All was well until our client experienced formatting issues on his “new order” notifications (see the links below).

How our client is seeing the received email: https://ibb.co/SVMwLgv
How your editor is rendering the email: https://ibb.co/XSJZxrB

When I use an ’email tester’ plugin the output looks fine but our client keeps experiencing this issue. He uses Outlook. I heard that this may cause some complications for some styling (Ie. Full width). Is there anything I should try to troubleshoot this further?

Look forward to hearing from you,
    Tyler

UPDATE: After a debugging the issue further, it appears the issue was made worse. There is now no logo and everything is being shown twice: https://ibb.co/c8vhxQ3

    Hi @tylercyert,
Sorry to hear this! Have you tried deactivating your plugins to test if any are conflicting with this one? I suggest starting there. Can you also tell me which theme you’re using and what version of WordPress core you’re running?

    Thanks,
    Hannah

    Hey,
if you go to woocommerce > status > template overrides can you make sure you are not overriding any email templates.

    Hi Ben,

It looks like we are overriding some templates here.

    oceanwp/woocommerce/cart/mini-cart.php,
    oceanwp/woocommerce/content-single-product.php,
    oceanwp/woocommerce/emails/admin-new-order.php,
    oceanwp/woocommerce/emails/customer-completed-order.php,
    oceanwp/woocommerce/loop/loop-start.php,
    oceanwp/woocommerce/single-product/title.php

How would I go about changing these overrides?

Also, will this have any detrimental effect on the site if I remove the email overrides?

You would need to talk with the theme authors to see what they are changing to know. The main thing is our plugin will defer to the theme so that it doesn’t break a theme.

    Thanks for the reply,

I actually went ahead and removed those overrides from the site directory via FTP (Just renamed the woocommerce folder). It fixed the issue almost 100%, we are still working through some other issues in regards to some custom fields we’ve added to the orders. We are trying our best to get these resolved via the custom CSS.

Thanks for your help. I hope this thread helps others with this issue.
