Hi Casatraca,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
As per the WordPress forum rules, it is recommended to create your own thread so that we can assist.
As mentioned in the other message, when I test this with my own test table, the plan name is updating.
With that in mind, I think there could be a conflict with another theme or plugin on your site.
Are there any error messages appearing in your console while trying to update ?
Is it possible for you to search for the conflict by turning off the other plugins and changing the theme temporarily ? Or can you give us a list of your plugins and your theme used so that we can check it. What WordPress version are you using ?
You can try deactivating all plugins, except Easy Pricing Tables. Then see if the issue persists. If so, your issue is not caused by a conflict with a plugin.
If the issue is gone, one of the deactivated plugins was causing a conflict. You need to find which one is triggering it.
Reactivate your plugins one at a time, and check after each to see if the issue returns. When it does, you will have found the plugin conflict.
If a plugin conflict is not found, check the theme next. Revert to a default WordPress theme like ‘Twenty Twenty Two’. If the issue is gone, you have a theme conflict. If not, the issue is not caused by your theme or a plugin.
Looking forward to hearing if that turns up anything.
All the best.
