Plugin Easy Pricing Tables – I can change the table’s background colour, font colour, and the list items, but I can not change the column headers “Starter, Pro, or Elite.”

I can edit the header text, but when the page updates, the headers are still Starter, Pro, and Elite, while all my other changes will update.

    Any ideas?

    Hi Lovely142,

    Thanks for your message.

Sorry to hear the plan name is stuck.

When I test this with my own test table, the plan name is updating.

With that in mind, I think there could be a conflict with another theme or plugin on your site.

Are there any error messages appearing in your console while trying to update ?

Is it possible for you to search for the conflict by turning off the other plugins and changing the theme temporarily ? Or can you give us a list of your plugins and your theme used so that we can check it. What WordPress version are you using ?

You can try deactivating all plugins, except Easy Pricing Tables. Then see if the issue persists. If so, your issue is not caused by a conflict with a plugin.

If the issue is gone, one of the deactivated plugins was causing a conflict. You need to find which one is triggering it.

Reactivate your plugins one at a time, and check after each to see if the issue returns. When it does, you will have found the plugin conflict.

If a plugin conflict is not found, check the theme next. Revert to a default WordPress theme like ‘Twenty Twenty Two’. If the issue is gone, you have a theme conflict. If not, the issue is not caused by your theme or a plugin.

Looking forward to hearing if that turns up anything.

    All the best.

I have the same problem so curious if the problem is found and how to solve it. I use the plugin for several years and no problems before.

Hi there, I hope you had a good weekend.

Do you perhaps have a list of plugins and your theme so that we can test what the conflict is?

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

    All the best.

    Hello,

Thank you for your reaction. I test all the plugins (deactivated all) but that was not the issue but maybe I missed something. I have no other problems at the website. I checked all the optimizing plugins and that is not the issue. But maybe there is a combination what cause the problem.

    Hi all,

    Thanks for your patience.

The header text getting stuck should be solved now if you have already downloaded the latest version of Easy Pricing Tables through your Plugins section of WordPress.

If you have any further issues or questions, don’t hesitate to let us know.

    All the best.
