Table in Header Non-Responsive in Mobile

Hello,

I am working on my site: https://www.aikersonconsulting.com and I had to place a custom sign up form in the header. I got that to work; however, since I am learning neglected the results on the mobile response. Needless to say, it really messes up the view, as the rest of the site (aside from the table) is pushed into a third of the screen on the left-hand side.

Any assistance with this would be appreciated. Cheers!
