Table Maker not saving tables

Hi,
After filling a new table and clicking on “Create Tables”, the page loads for a few seconds and the table appears empty without anything having been saved. You can see it in video here: https://www.screencast.com/t/aroSfOYtj
Any idea on why this is happening?
