Table not creating

    Hi,
    I create a 2 row table from a csv file and can see it the data in the ‘generator’ tab no problem.
    When I click update, the data disappears and returns with the default 3 column
    I get an error on the page where i have pasted the short code
    “Oops, Looks like something went wrong,
    Unfortunately the table you were looking for has not been found on the server, Please double check that you have the correct table ID set for the shortcode.”
    am i doing something wrong?

    Hello,

    Just to confirm you updated to the latest version of the plugin recently (v3.0.3.1)? If this is the case can you please try deactivating and reactivating the plugin, this will refresh the files and hopefully fix your issue.

    Thanks for your response John.
    I do have the latest version installed.
    I deactivated and reactivated, deleted the original table and tried again with a new table and new table name. Same problem.
    I’m using theme Twenty Sixteen. I changed to theme Twenty Thirteen but had the same problem.
    I’m happy to send screen shots if you’d like.

    Hi Greg,

    I was able to find the issue. Took a while, but I managed to solve it. I apologize for the wait but the this problem is fixed in the new update (coming soon)

    Hi Greg,

    I just released an update to the plugin. If you’re still using the old one I recommend updating. The new editor should be much easier to use I’m hoping and also the saving issue should be gone now. If there are any issues or problems that arise please let me know and I will do my best to help fix it.
