Table not dropping down

I love this plugin for my site as it does basically everything I need simply and as a block.

Unfortunately I’ve found that looking over my site, a few of the dropdowns don’t actually dropdown. The link clicked for the dropdown will take you to the page with /# after it and link to the top of the page, but not dropdown the actual table of contents.

I can give an example of my site by e-mail though I’d like not to put it out publicly. I think this may be a caching/minimising issue as I use Autoptimize and some other bits.
