Table of Content but instead horizontal and in floating bar

  • Is there any plugin which shows table of content, I mean by that shows the table of content in horizontal in the bar like menu bar but in content and the bar has to be in content, and it floats, scroll down with the page, and if i click on the title 2 it jumps to title 2.

    For example: if i click on the title 3 it will jump to title 3.
