Table of content not working well

Its size is quite large. However, in the collapsed state, I can only click on the small icon on the right to open the content inside instead of clicking anywhere.
More importantly, Sometime, I had to click several times or tap several times on my phone every time I opened the contents. Sometimes I can’t collapse the table of contents.
