Table of Contents Block

Hello, are you already working on an editable Table of Contents block? Table of contents are so important for our pillar content pages. Ultimate Blocks already have such a block: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/ultimate-blocks/
Would be great to know. Otherwise I have to use a ultimate blocks for this type of block.
