Not minifying JS in wp-rocket and I don’t see any setting in Perfmatters, so how does this get fixed?

This setting can be found here: WP Rocket Settings > File Optimization > Exclude JavaScript files.

I’m not minifying JavaScript files or loading JavaScript files deferred, so I can’t “Exclude JavaScript files”.

It seems that the table-of-content.js is not loading on your pages and due to which the issue is occurring.
