Table of contents does not recognise non-English lang

I want to insert the table of contents onto a non-English page. But found out, that it generates anchors basing on only English words.
So I have jus one English word in all the headings. And TOC generates the same anchors for all the headings! If I remmove any english character from a heading, a proper link is not generated at all.
Can I appoint anchors to TOC items manually?

Hello @swetakumari! I just quickly recreated the isssue and it’s still has this error.
If your heading are not in Latin, they have TOC anchors like #toc_612ddfc0bd9a8. If they have any Latin word added, let’s say Airtable, they just become just #airtable. So in this case they just start ignoring anything what is written.
And we can easily get plento of identical links #airtable leading to the fist such a title.
