    Hello Elementor Experts,

I encounter a tricky problem about Table of Contents.

A TOC is created on a webpage, and it works well in the preview mode. However, when I publish that webpage, the header of the TOC goes downwards on that page. Please see the attached screenshot. https://imgur.com/cbC1Tid

Before publishing, the header aligns with the first paragraph of “Do you know how Canada’s new VOC regulations impact…”

However, after publishing, the header aligns with the paragraph of “ground level ozone and particular matter which contribute to the formation of smog”.

Because this issue came out when editing the page, there is no valid URL to show it.

Does any one have similar issue and know how to resolve this issue?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi @jichao2024,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

To rule out this is due to a conflict with your theme or plugins, please follow these steps and let us know if it solved your issue:

    • Deactivate all of your plugins except Elementor. If this solves the problem, gradually activate each plugin until you spot the problematic one.

    – Temporarily switch your WordPress theme to Hello Elementor (or another default WordPress theme) and see if it solves your error.

I hope this information helped you.

    Kind Regards

@marthaeli Thanks for your guidance. It is the plugin conflict that causes the TOC sticky issue. The plugins are Speed Optimizer and WWP Rocket.

If I deactivate those 2 plugins, will it have any negative impact on my website?

    Thanks!
