Mixing plugins might cause conflicts, resulting in the jumping issue you mentioned. Please provide a screenshot or a short video of the TOC plugin settings. This will help us investigate further by recreating the issue using the same settings

I have found the conflicting plugin to be “Grow Social Pro by Mediavine”

Is there a fix for this?
