Table of contents ordering titles with FSE

Hey there,
I’m using a FSE theme and i’m having problems with the table of contents ordering. Basically what i’m doing is inserting dynamic information from woocommerce product but the table of contents is picking up the dynamic parts too late in the tree so they get added as last in the table of contents.
This is how it goes currently:
Normal header 1
Normal header 2
Normal header 3
Dynamic header 1
Dynamic header 2
Dynamic header 3
But the actual order in the FSE template is
Normal header 1
Dynamic header 1
Dynamic header 2
Dynamic header 3
Normal header 2
Normal header 3
The actual part of the page actually renders as it should with all the content but seems that the Table of contents can’t pick up the right order. Is there anyway to set the TOC to follow in what order the rendering is in the frontend?
