    Hi @almahmoud

I hope you are doing good today.

By default Forminator store your forms data in _posts & _postmeta table, however the main core base on tables:

    _frmt_form_entry
    _frmt_form_entry_meta
    _frmt_form_views

Please let us know does that helps.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

There is a problem, I dont know what exactly. I already used Forminator, it is working perfectly. I have deactivated for moment, then I activated for 2 days, but it dosen’t work wel. I submit the form, but nothing in the submissions. See the file attached. . Also, I have a problem with E2pdf, when I add shortcode [e2pdf-download id=”1″] in forminator After submission, I have this message :”At least one field must be filled out to submit the form”. But, if I dont add the shortcode e2pdf I submit correctly rhe form. Seet my site here</a
    Best regards

    Hello @almahmoud,

I apologise for the delay in response here. I went ahead and tried to implement the shortcode after creating a template on e2pdf ([e2pdf-download id=”1″]) and that worked for me.

Usually, this could be a plugin conflict or theme conflict. Consider doing a plugin conflict test once on your lab site by just keeping the e2pdf and forminator plugin activated. If it works there, there is a conflict on the live site. Then you would need to make conflict the live site too.

About the other fields from e2pdf, I did try to make it work but that did not work on my end. This looks like something from the e2pdf plugin. As that is an extension not made by our team we are not aware how is that developed and the program structures too. I would suggest you check with the e2pdf plugin authors for the same if you are facing any issue while using them as they would be able to help you with this faster.

    Thank you,

I have deactivated all plugins even E2pdf, it is the same problem. I can submit the first time, then when I submit the second time, it give me this message: ”At least one field must be filled out to submit the form”. I see one submission but I cannt see the details. There is a problem in the DB, but I dont know where. I tried all solutions (delete an reinstalling) but in vain. I can give you a link with “admin acces” to see more closely. Please help me.

    Hello @almahmoud,

Did you try to check if you can replicate the same behaviour on the lab site with just Forminator and e2pdf? If not, kindly consider pulling a test on staging site to check if the same can be replicated there. Do let me know how that goes.

Also, does your DB user have full privileges?

    Thank you,

    Hi @almahmoud,

Could you provide us with an export of your form so we can try testing it on our end.
You can go to Forminator > Forms, click on gear icon next to your form and export it from there.
Upload the export file to any file sharing service like GDrive or Dropbox and share the download link here.

    Cheers,
    Predrag
