Table padding sliders not working

All my tables made with your plugin do not have the padding I originally set. When I try to move the padding sliders, they don’t respond. I do see some sort of padding in the final page (but not in the raw page where I’m making edits). Still – I can’t move the sliders at all when making edits. Please advise. I’ve shared a link to one of my pages that uses a table as an example. Thank you for any help you can provide. ??
