Table Press not working after update to 4.4

    Hallo,
    I am experiencing this problem after updating WP to 4.4.
    Plugin is now 1.7 and it is properly installed.

    Inside the page in only visible the shortcode and the WP menu does not include the table press section to manage data.
    I see that TP 1.7 should be compatible with 4.4.

    Please help!

    Hi,

    thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

    This sounds as if TablePress is not actually activated or installed anymore, or it’s somehow corrupted. Can you please re-install it from a fresh download and check if it’s really activated on the “Plugins” screen?

    Hallo,
    thank you for your reply.

    I found the cause in the server php.in configuration.

    Solved thanks to

    allow_url_fopen ON
