Table Rate Shipping by Mangohour – There are no shipping methods available

Hello,
I’m using the free version of “Table Rate Shipping by Mangohour” for woocommerce under wordpress 4.6.
Everything works good with the table rate shipping, beside when I’m trying to define a shipping zone to Israel.
When I’m going to checkout and put Israel on the “Calculate Shipping” feature I received a message that “There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.”
With all the other countries it works great and calculate the shipping fees as I’ve defined for the Table Rate Shipping plugin
How can I solve this problem?
