    Hi,

I think that after a recent update, the html tag <span class=”ez-toc-section”> is not generated for headings that contain double quotation marks, like:
RockShox Reba 29″, 27.5″ y 26″: la referencia para XC
I checked the source code and could not find the tag for these headings.
    Can you check it please?

    Thank you!

ok, the pattern I’m starting to see is that BB does not seem to encode characters (I’m guess based on this pattern) such as ", & and & which the WordPress Editor does (both classic and new editors) because ezTOC search for headings which has these characters encoded it can not find the ones that are not. And if the heading can not be found, then the in-page anchor can not be inserted. Unfortunately I can not change this without breaking it for the many, many, other user which use the core WP editors (and other popular page builders).

Sorry this may not be helpful.

You might have better luck using a different TOC plugin such as TOC+. That plugin may work fine for you because it has simpler processing due to that it does not support the <!--nextpage--> tag.
