Table views different why?

I have just installed this plugin and it works up to a point. What shows up on your demo pages as to the default form and what I get are very different.

Is this a matter of redesigning the table code from scratch? or is it maybe an interference with my Theme Avada?

Also the calendar when viewed in any browser has no borders around the days, etc.
