In wordpress admin, i get this error on all the admin pages:

Table ‘wp_wfHits’ is marked as crashed and should be repaired in /home/chichi/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1803

I looked it up and it seems wp_wfHits is from WordFence, I went into phpmyadmin and repaired the table, but the error is still displayed.

    How can I fix this?

    Thx

    Hi,

If you’re still having this error after repairing the table, it is best to contact the host. Usually tables marked as “crashed” are due to a server crash, power outage, or mysql server bug (generally in old versions).

If necessary, you can also enable the option “Delete Wordfence tables and data on deactivation” and remove and reinstall Wordfence, to have all of the tables re-created.

thank you for your reply… I dont know what happened but when I logged into wordpress yesterday the errors werent there anymore? I didnt change anything or update anything since then, but I guess, problem solved!

We have recently had this wfHits table crashed error, the error the database stated was ‘Number of rows changed from 1745 to 1741’, repairing the database table has resolved the issue for us.
