    Hi !

    I’ve got a problem with the plugin : it appears the table “wp_woof_front_builder” doesn’t exists, I see this kind of errors in the PHP log :

    WordPress database error Table ‘wordpress_at4_2024.wp_woof_front_builder’ doesn’t exist for query SELECT id FROM wp_woof_front_builder made by do_action(‘woocommerce_page_wc-settings’), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, WC_Admin_Menus->settings_page, WC_Admin_Settings::output, include(‘/plugins/woocommerce/includes/admin/views/html-admin-settings.php’), do_action(‘woocommerce_settings_tabs_woof’), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, WOOF->print_plugin_options, WOOF->render_html_e, include(‘/plugins/woocommerce-products-filter/views/plugin_options.php’), do_action(‘woof_print_option_advanced’), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, WOOF_FRONT_BUILDER->global_options, referer: https://at4-2024.local/wp/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&do_update_woocommerce=true&wc_db_update_nonce=7158eed96e

    I tried to disable/enable the plugin, to reinstall it, but nothing works…
    We’re using Bedrock, so the plugin is installed with composer through Satispress, I don’t know if this is related to this…

    Any idea what I could do to force the table creation ?

    Thanks !

    Hello

    please try to add on any page this shortcode https://products-filter.com/shortcode/woof_front_builder – And load this page in the frontend

    If this error persists

    In Advanced->Options – add in this field – https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20240321130729.png – front_builder

    save settings and do a test

    Thank you, it worked regarding the table creation : using the shortcode you pointed out and loading the page created the table just fine ??

    I still used your second technique to avoid loading the front_builder at all, we don’t use it, so it’ll be lighter that way.

    Sadly, it didn’t fix the problem I had originally… I thought it was related to the error with the table missing, but it seems it wasn’t.
    I’ll continue to look into it, and make a new topic if I can’t fix it myself, regarding this current topic, the table missing problem is resolved !
