TablePress Extension: Table Auto Update – via URL only imports first 101 rows

Unfortunately, I can’t really think of anything here… Is the CSV file that you tried via the Upload exactly the same that you get when accessing the URL that you used for the import?

It is yeah, I export it directly from Google. Is there a way to private message you the link, maybe you can give it a go. I hate to ask that of you sorry

is the URL that you sent also what you paste into the “URL” text field on the “Import” screen? I tried with it, but only ran into a timeout ??
The problem here might simply be that this URL does not directly return a CSV file, but the online editing on Google Drive. TablePress can obviously not parse and understand that.

Yeah I thought that as well, but it DOES import 101 rows. If you are 100% that is the case though, then will see about getting it to return it in CSV format

that’s strange. I only get a server timeout on my server, which makes me think that something is taking too long to process.
If you could get some URL to directly return the CSV file, that should work more reliably.

Yeah turns out all we had to do was add /pub?output=csv

I would of definitely thought to look into that sooner but the fact it was importing half of the rows made me think it was something else.

the solution is to change the URL a little bit. In your case, use
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1OU03cZXbVCbjJbWhH083bJrsS5SSLDKVjX42jXt3Ce8/pub?output=csv
and change the format from HTML to CSV.

In may case table press throws error: “Error: The source for the import is invalid or could not be accessed.” while it downloads the csv

this URL should work, from what I can see. Does it work if you import from this URL manually (on the “Import” screen)? And did you choose the CSV format?
