TablePress Menue in WordPress missed

    Hi Tobias,
    I have a problem with my TablePress Plugin. The OPtion TablePress is not shown in the WordPress menue on the left side. The Pugin is installed, active and shown in the Pluginlist. I tried to reinstall the Plugin, but it′s still the same situation. The existing table is working properly on the site. Were ist the Problem?

    This is likely related to the TablePress access rights, which will have to be reset. For that, please try the instructions in this post: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/troubles-with-tablepress-rights?replies=4#post-5585107

    I tried to change 31 in 0, but the value is still overwritten.

    Hi Thomas,

    yes, that’s expected. By setting it to 0, the initialization is restarted and then set to 31 at the end again.

    So, after doing this, you are still not seeing TablePress in the admin menu? Are you maybe using custom user roles on your site?

    Hi Tobias,
    yes I did some experiments with the plugins “User Role Editor” and “Comment Moderator”. Now both are deactivated.
    Tabelpress is still not shown in the admin menue.

    Hi Thomas,

    ok, that could explain it. You will then have to add the desired/required TablePress capabilities to the desired user roles again.
