Tablepress not available for admins on multisite sub-site

Hi
I have around 9 sites within a multisite network, all use tablepress. However, for one of these sites, administrators cannot access tablepress at all. After installing User Roles plugin to get an overview of of admin capabilities and it appears the following capabilities are not available as options for this particular sub-site:

tablepress_access_about_screen
tablepress_access_options_screen
tablepress_add_tables
tablepress_copy_tables
tablepress_delete_tables
tablepress_edit_options
tablepress_edit_tables
tablepress_export_tables
tablepress_import_tables
tablepress_import_tables_wptr
tablepress_list_tables

Can anyone tell me what the problem might be? Many thanks
