    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

There are some themes that use [table] Shortcode for some of their own functionality, so it might be necessary that you change the Shortcode to something else, e.g. to [tablepress].
For that, you can use this TablePress Extension: https://tablepress.org/extensions/table-shortcode/

    Hi,

did you change it in the code of that Extension and then of course in the page as well?
It won’t work if you only change it in one place.
(A cryptic string like “gshfdjyujy34qefdg” shouldn’t even be necessary. “tablepress” should work fine.)

    Hi,

    hhm, that’s strange…
If possible, I’d like to take a direct look at this on your site. Maybe I can find something. Could you therefore please create a temporary admin account for me and send me the details via email (the address is in the main plugin file “tablepress.php”)? That way, I can investigate this directly. Thanks!

    Regards,
    Tobias

    Hi,

    just for everybody following this:
I’ve been working on this directly with me9, and we’ve found that the home page of the site (when using that theme) does not even display plain text.
Thus, there is some issue with the theme as well. I therefore recommended to me9 to contact the theme developer about this.

(Changing the Shortcode with the mentioned Extension is required for this theme, besides that.)

    Regards,
    Tobias
