TablePress Not Displaying In Admin

This may have happened a while ago but my client is just letting me right now. Both WP and TablePress are updated to the most recent version but when you’re in the Admin area, TablePress does not appear in the left side menu. Shortcodes are still pulling in older tables that were created a while ago but I cannot manage them at all. Disabled all plugins, still not visible. Any suggestions?
