Tablepress Pagination Top to Scroll

Hi, I want to add scrolling to top effect on tablepress table when someone click on pagination. I tried to use this solution [ https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/scroll-to-top-14/ ] but it’s not working. The plugin link not found there.
