• I recently did another website checker (nibbler) and since I did the theme update, Nibbler is saying that all pages are using tables for layouts which is very bad, as css should be used?? Before the update it said that none of the pages were using tables for layout? Can anyone help?

    I am not sure if it is anything to do with the update of if it is something i have done wrong, olease point me in the right direction.

    Many thanks, the theme otherwise is awesome!

    Hi bdbrown,

    Awesome, thank you. Its https://www.guttercleaningpros.co.uk

    I see tables in your sidebar Accreditations widget and the vertical slider widget. Since the sidebar is present on all pages, that’s probably why Nibbler generates that message.

    Hi bdbrown,

    I’ve just deleted this table from all pages and flushed the catche. I have retested the site and it is still saying the following statement;

    “All of the tested pages of this site appear to use tables for layout. This is very bad, as using tables for layout is not necessary and they should only contain tabular data. Close recommendations
    Change this website to make use of div elements and CSS to create the desired layout. Only use tables for tabular data (e.g. a pricing table).”

    Any other ideas?

    The vertical slider in the sidebar is still using a table.
