Tables from bear.app (md) read as plain text

Do I have to set something up in WP to make tables in bear.app (markdown) to be converted to WP tables? Right now it is just plain markdown table characters (- | etc) shows up in my posts in WP. What I need to do to see nice table in my post in WP?
