Tables not created

    I follow these steps and there is no problem until 5.4 (Log in again).

    Then I get an error and I can’t log in. I check the database, and this tables are missing:

    _blogs
    _signups
    _site
    _sitemeta
    _registration_log
    _blog_versions

    What can I do to solve this? I could create each table manually, but I think that is not a good solution.
