Tables not created in Step 2

  • Dear all,

    I’ve read the many posts here about the hanging that occurs at step 2. However, none of the prescribed methods seem to work for me. I get to a stage where it says its going to create the tables and populate some data, however no tables are created and nothing happens thereafter.

    Has anyone solved this problem yet? Thanks very much in advance.
