Tables scrambled

Dear davidhme,
I bought the plugin, but the page showing my pricing tables are not showing correctly.
Sometimes it works: https://www.sustain-magazine.com/subscribe-2/
…but many times it doesn’t (screenshot: https://www.sustain-magazine.com/pricing-tables-problem/)
I have to reload the page 3 or 4 times until everything shows correctly. Any idea what the problem may be?
