When switching to tablet or mobile view in the block editor, the entire editor disappears. Switching back to desktop brings everything back. Happening on multiple sites. Disabling the Yoast SEO plugin fixes the issue. This is WordPress 6.6 only.

  • Having the same issue but noticed just closing the Yoast panel brings the Mobile and Tablet view back. You don’t need to disable the Yoast plugin.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. I’m sorry about your experience as I was able to replicate it and have created a bug report for our development team.

    Workaround
Though not ideal, minimizing the Yoast SEO meta box as mentioned by @sota35.

    What’s next?

Installing the Gutenberg plugin worked for me.

Hi. This isn′t problem only Yoast SEO. I haven′t Yoast SEO and have same problem. Actual WP, Woocommerce, Blocksy 2 Pro theme.

Thank you …installing Gutenberg plugin now solved this.
