Tablets and smartphones problem

Hi, there. I’m an ecommerce owner and I’m having problem with customers that want to buy my products using tablets and smartphones. Then can’t change the product size when using them, only if they use a desktop computer. For example: I have a highheel that starts in the size 33 and finishes in the size 37. Using tablets and smartphones my customers can’t change the size. They try to buy number 35 and in the checkout they see the number 33. Using desktops this problem doesn’t happen. Please, I need help, I’m losing sales because of this. Thank you.
It always changes to the first size of the product.
Examples:
Shoes 33, 34, 35, 36, 37 – customer buys 35 – in the checkout appears 33
Clothes PP, P, M, G – customer buys M – – in the checkout appears PPhttps://www.lapetitemarie.com.br
