Tabs doesn't work after upgrading to 3.4

What browser are you using? Could you clear your cache?

I’ve cleared the cache but the problem stays the same.

I’m using IE version 10.0.10 and Chrome and Firefox.

On all 3 browsers the problem is the same.

Do Firebug or Chrome Dev Tools give you any clues?
