tabs (guitar, drums, bass tabs) page

I am using my WP as a music magazine and I want to make a page tha’t will link to tabs in other sites (like UG for example).
Is there any way I could make a page that would be build that way:
TOP – Search/A to Z letter choice for song tab name
BODY – The songs themselves

Of course I need a way it will enter into a page.
