Tabs not loading

The Post UI Tabs that I am calling are not loading, only the tab code shows up on the page. I checked my jquery version, and I have tried deactivating plugins to see if any conflicted, but I can’t seem to find the issue. Am I forgetting something simple? That tends to happen ??
