Tabs not saving

    Hi

    Installed the plug-in but when I add a new tab in admin and save the page (save product) the new tab shows on front-end, but the moment I go back in to the product in admin -> edit product, my tabs are gone and it’s an empty list. So if I try and save the product the tabs are lost.

    I’m using Urus theme; it works fine on another build but for some reason on my new demo build it’s just not saving.

    Am I missing a setting or is it a flaw with the latest php / woo?

    Hi @simpleserve,

    Our plugin is tested on and works with the latest versions of PHP, WP, and Woo. Are you seeing any errors in the browser console when you go to modify the products?

    The tabs are stored as post meta. It is possible that something else is either modifying or interfering with the ability to save that post meta. The reason I mention the browser console is that the edit product page often has plugins modifying things using javascript.

    Hiya

    No I’m seeing no errors. As I say I save it once I’ve added a tab and it displays fine. However I go back in to edit product and the tab section is empty.
