Tabs not visible

  • Hello,

    I have a problem with this theme.

    The product tabs are not visible anymore on the productpages.

    I contacted the creator of the theme and my hosting with this problem. Nobody knows what to do about it.

    What we’ve already checked
    – settings
    – update
    – de-activate plugins
    – re-install theme (problem is in theme)
    – check errorlog
    – permalinks
    – name it
