I have looked at Yoast SEO on my site today and none of the tabs are working. I’m just getting a message saying Upgrade to Premium.

    Help please!

    Thank you.

  • Hi @twoolfson,

Do you mean the tabs that appear at the top of the screen when you go to the Yoast SEO settings screens like SEO > General?

Can you confirm that you’re using the latest version of Yoast SEO (14.9) and WordPress 5.4 or greater? If not, does updating solve the problem?

If everything is updated, there may be a plugin or theme conflict. Can you try the following steps and send us any results?

    1. Make sure that all your plugins and themes are updated.

    2. Check for?JavaScript errors in the console.

    3.?Check for conflicts.

    Thanks Priscilla.

Seems other tabs are not working in WP either.

    May be a javascript error.

    Can you advise re this?

I reinstalled WP – no difference, and I have checked for plugin conflicts.

    Thanks a lot. Much appreciated.

The javascript errors you have shared with us indicates a javascript conflict. If you have already performed a conflict check but the issue persists, can you please confirm whether you have switched the theme?

If not, we recommend you to perform the conflict check again by using the Health Check plugin switch the theme to the default 2020 theme to see if that resolves the issue for you.
