tabs staying open rather than closing off as you tab across the page?

  • Hi there, I have tried the plugin with the latest version of EDD and unfortunately there are a few issues when you go to a tab and tab back to the previous tab. Essentially this is what is happening on my site here: https://recordit.co/mjG2YnII0C

    As you can see the as you tab to the right and then go back, everything you tabbed into stays open in each screen?

    Any ideas on a fix for this? Thanks in advance.

    I just tried to reproduce this issue, and could not get it to happen on my end. On my site, I have only the TwentySeventeen theme, Easy Digital Downloads, and this plugin active. See this screencast: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cbhvDaXG5x

    My suggestion would be to deactivate all other plugins except for EDD and this plugin to make sure that they’re not causing the problem. Sometimes there is a conflict with another plugin that causes things to act funny.

    If this plugin works as expected after deactivating all others, there may be a conflict. Activate the others one-by-one and test the site to see if the problem returns. The last plugin you activate before the problem returns is likely the cause of the conflict.

    Also, if you are still seeing the problem, right-click anywhere on the screen and select Inspect. This will open a developer’s window in your browser. If you see any red error messages, make note of them as they may indicate a potential conflict.
